God Gathers Us
Call to Worship - Psalm 130:1-8
To be read aloud by someone in your home:
Out of the depths I cry to you, Lord;
Lord, hear my voice.
Let your ears be attentive
to my cry for mercy.
If you, Lord, kept a record of sins,
Lord, who could stand?
But with you there is forgiveness,
so that we can, with reverence, serve you.
I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits,
and in his word I put my hope.
I wait for the Lord
more than watchmen wait for the morning,
more than watchmen wait for the morning.
Israel, put your hope in the Lord,
for with the Lord is unfailing love
and with him is full redemption.
He himself will redeem Israel
from all their sins.
Opening Prayer
The Psalmist here is celebrating God and the hope we find in Him. Take a moment to consider what this tells us about God. What is it about God that gives us hope?
Now take a moment to pray, thanking God for who He is.

Congregational Singing
We encourage you to sing - make a joyful noise! If you play an instrument, play! If you have some favorite hymns or choruses, pick one or two and sing! Or make use of other technology to play some music, and listen and sing along.
Below are some hymns you can make use of if these would be a help to you.
Congregational Prayer
Take a few minutes to think about or to share with others one thing in your life right now where you are very grateful for the way God is working, and one area in your life where you really need the Lord’s help right now. Then go to the Lord in prayer, both giving thanks and asking for help.
Close by praying the Lord’s Prayer together:
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name,
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,
for Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory,
forever and ever, Amen.
Offering
During this time when we can't gather on Sundays, we can still receive your offerings a couple of ways:
You can drop your offering in the locked mailbox outside the church office entrance
