God Gathers Us
Call to Worship
The Call to Worship is based on Psalm 25. If you can, have two people read the alternating sections, or have a leader read the Reader 1 sections and everyone else respond with Reader 2.
Reader 1:
Show us your ways, Lord, teach us your paths.
Guide us in your truth and teach us.
Reader 2:
For You are God our Savior,
And our hope is in You all day long.
Reader 1:
Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old.
Do not remember the sins of our youth and our rebellious ways.
Reader 2:
Remember us according to Your love,
For You are good.
Reader 1:
Good and upright is the Lord; therefore he instructs sinners in his ways.
Reader 2:
He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.
Reader 1:
All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.
The Lord confides in those who fear him; he makes his covenant known to them.
Reader 2:
Our eyes are ever on the Lord, for all our hope is in Him.
Opening Prayer
We all miss seeing each other, and not being able to meet together as one body. Who have you not seen or talked to recently? How can you pray for them?

Congregational Singing
We encourage you to sing - make a joyful noise! If you play an instrument, play! If you have some favorite hymns or choruses, pick one or two and sing! Or make use of other technology to play some music, and listen and sing along.
Below are As The Deer and We Will Glorify performed by the bell choir:
Offering
During this time when we can't gather on Sundays, we can still receive your offerings a couple of ways:
You can drop your offering in the locked mailbox outside the church office entrance
Or, you can mail them to the church at 393 Water Street, Augusta ME 04330.
Thank you for your continued support of Penney and its ministries!
